Through Manda Wilderness Project, Nkwichi Lodge is involved in different community projects such as environmental conservation project which encourages local people not to get involved in deforestation. Nkwichi Lodge has employed 33 permanent local staff and has contributed much towards the conservation of culture and customs among local people.
